Meet Courtney– Grounded, Encouraging, and Here for You
I’m Courtney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MBA and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Since 2006, I’ve dedicated my career to promoting healing, resilience, and mental well-being for individuals, couples, and families.
Throughout my career, I’ve served in diverse roles — from home-based therapist and refugee mental health program coordinator to child and family therapist and clinical director. These experiences have shaped a holistic, empathetic, and culturally responsive approach to care.

Meet Noël – Compassionate, Experienced, and On Your Side
I’m Noel, a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an MBA from the University of Denver. Since 1998, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families through life’s many transitions.
My work has included roles as a preschool teacher, youth programs director, community center leader, and executive director of a human services organization — all of which have shaped my understanding of people, families, and the challenges we face. But being a therapist is where my heart truly lies.
Over the years, I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and families in a wide range of settings. I bring that experience into every session with a compassionate, grounded, and goal-focused approach.
